Partnerships and Services: iW3 Consulting, operating as a DBA of Optio Services LLC, collaborates with various third-party companies, including but not limited to PCSM LLC and PCSP LLC, to provide a range of consumer and business services for ParlerPay. iW3 Consulting is committed to supporting ParlerPay users by ensuring reliable partnerships and effective service delivery.

2. Use of Third-Party Services: ParlerPay is a decentralized application (dapp) provided by iW3 Consulting and functions as an Oracle app of the Optio Consortia DAO. ParlerPay itself is not a regulated financial institution.

3. Non-Custodial Wallet Disclaimer: ParlerPay is a non-custodial digital wallet. This means you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your private keys and wallet information. ParlerPay does not have access to or control over your private keys, and we cannot recover your funds if you lose your private key.

4. Blockchain and Transaction Fees: Transactions initiated through ParlerPay are recorded on the blockchain and may be subject to transaction fees, which are charged by the network and not by ParlerPay. We do not control or determine these fees, and they are non-refundable.

7. Licensing and Permissions: Since the app does not provide exchange services, there are no licenses or permissions required for such services. ParlerPay complies with all legal requirements for operating a digital wallet.

8. Third-Party Exchange APIs: ParlerPay does not connect with any third-party exchange APIs. All transactions are direct transfers between users’ non-custodial wallets.

10. New or Exclusive Tokens: ParlerPay supports standard cryptocurrencies and tokens, including OPT, which users earn through participation in the Optio decentralized ecosystem. These tokens are not purchased or traded within the ParlerPay app.
